Longueteau Rum - White
Gold Medal 2010 – Agricole Competition Paris, International Agricultural Fair
Peace and serenity haven, The Longueteau Distillery produces this amazing white rum exclusively from the domain’s cane. This 50°white Longueteau rum was elaborated with quality in mind, from the famous « blue cane ». The blue cane is a variety that was introduced in the French Caribbean in the late 60’s. It is of a superior quality and the volume of sugar it contains allows producing a very fruity agricultural rum with intense aromas. Preserved for months in oak casks in order to make it smoother, it reveals its different aromas in a “ti’punch” as an aperitif.
Longueteau Rum - 6 Years Old
Aged in oak casks for 6 years and 1 day, this old Longueteau rum exclusively produced from the domain’s cane, distillates its aromas finesse as a digestive.
Darboussier Old Rum - Hors d’âge
The Darboussier factory was one of the most prestigious in Guadeloupe It closed down over 30 years ago. Some of its nectar was conserved. Darboussier Old Rum is a flamboyant, rich and flavourful mixture of very old rums aged in oak casks with a sweet profile, complex character and warm, smooth, soft finish. On opening the bottle, an exceptional bouquet of aromas fills the air. Colour is red mahogany, clarity is very good and viscosity suggests it is a old rum with fine delicate legs. Darboussier rum can easily be substituted for a cognac any day. It’s one of the most prestigious names in the history of Guadeloupe Rum. This extremely rare old rum is exceptional and a wonderful gift idea for amateur of the best things in life.
Bielle Liqueur
The flavours of the liqueurs blend perfectly with the Bielle rum to create a liqueur with an harmonious taste. In order to taste the full richness and unique perfume drink the liqueur chilled but without ice.

The Chilli Oil is a seasoning product resulting from soaking the peppers in vegetal oil spiced with garlic, onions, cloves, salt and Creole laurel.

The essential characteristic of this sauce is the Habanero pepper pulp. It is mashed for a final product without any preservative to restore all the flavour of the principal ingredient, the pepper. The strength of this sauce is not only its spiciness but also in its aroma and flavour. A small tip, to cool off the fire in your mouth, drink milk, not water!
Man Féfé Sauce Chien
The “Sauce Chien”, literally translated “Dog sauce” is a traditional recipe used aside meat and grilled fish. Indeed, this mix of condiments and peppers can spice up any type of meat, fish and sea food. It is also suitable to savour with raw or cooked vegetables and Creole black pudding.
Man Féfé Vegetarian Pepper Purée
The charm of this mellow sauce resides in the absence of capsaine (burning molecule from chillies) in its pulp, which makes it an excellent flavour enhancer with the taste of hot pepper without the piquant. Thesmell it gives to your dish is sumptuous...and it doesn't burn so why deprive yourself!
Flavoured Cane Vinegar
In the last 5 years contemporary European cuisine has started including cane vinegar in recipes. At around 6°, French Chefs recommend to use the ginger flavoured vinegar with various fish and seafood: prawns, coquille Saint Jacques, red snapper, and scallops. The chives and chilli flavoured is meant to be best with meat: pork noisette, veal liver. Chefs recommend using the vinegars to marinate and tenderise the meat. The coconut flavoured cane vinegar is great with chicken but can also be added as a touch to fruit salads’ dressings it will have bite but won’t interfere with natural fruit flavours. The flavour is lighter than usual vinegars. It’s not sweet and has a mildly sharp taste that is useful for pickling ingredients or making sauces.
